The Blended Training Course for Parents & Guardians aims to equip parents and guardians from the partner countries — Greece, Cyprus, Romania, Israel, and Belgium — with essential digital readiness and safety skills.

The training focuses on:

  • Cyberbullying prevention
  • Internet Addiction Disorder awareness
  • Empathetic Active Listening techniques

Participants will also receive access to a range of multimedia educational tools, including 3D animated videos, interactive videos, and gamified learning resources. These tools are designed to support both the personal development of parents and their ability to guide their children in navigating the digital world safely.

The course is delivered using a blended learning approach, combining both face-to-face and online components. It is based on principles of experiential learning, inquiry-based learning, Distance Education, and Adult Education.

  • The face-to-face sessions will be conducted at the facilities of partner organizations or local educational institutions, such as schools.
  • The online modules will be hosted on the Interactive Learning Environment (iLE).

All educational content on iLE is available in Greek, Romanian, French, Serbian, Hebrew, and Arabic, ensuring broad accessibility.

The Courses will be delivered by certified teachers and professionals who have completed the “eSafety” Online Training Course for Teachers/Professionals. These trainers will receive continuous support from the eLearning Lab UoC team and the project partners.
