“eSafety – eCreativity Network for Teachers, Parents and Guardians” project, co-funded by the European Union, announces the launch of the Online Training Course addressed to teachers and professionals working with pupils and children. The course will run from October 23rd 2024 until December 2024.

The Online Training Course aims to provide high quality and flexible learning opportunities for adults, adapted to their learning needs. It will focus on new teaching, learning methods and approaches (Synchronous & Asynchronous Distance Education) enabling participants to develop personally and professionally.

The course consists of six online sessions, with a central goal of enhancing the ability of teachers and professionals to effectively communicate issues related to Internet Safety to pupils and children.

The key areas of focus will include:

  • Project key thematic axis (Cyberbullying and Internet Addiction)
  • Counseling Skills and Techniques
  • Use of Interactive Tools like 3D Interactive Videos and Video Games

By engaging with these topics, participants will gain the skills and resources needed to support children in navigating online environments in a fun and creative way. The program is designed based on the Principles of Distance Education and Adult Education.
